Each item in our shop is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, which means we don’t hold inventory — your piece is created just for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right. Otherwise, any changes or replacements will require a new order to be placed by the customer.
