    As the founder of Glo Co and a leading force in the creative revolution, I’m on a mission to redefine what it means to connect, create, and thrive in a world that often demands conformity.

    I’ve lived and worked on both coasts - from the electric pulse of New York City to the innovation-driven spirit of the Bay Area - where I’ve had the honor of collaborating with prestigious organizations, nonprofits, and culturally influential brands. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of creativity as a catalyst for transformation.

    At the core of the Glo movement is a bold vision: to build a global ecosystem of immersive spaces and transformative experiences that celebrate individuality, amplify underrepresented voices, and inspire deep, human connection. My work is guided by transformational leadership - empowering people and communities to unlock their potential, take visionary action, and co-create a more expansive future.

    With over a decade of experience in design thinking, creative strategy, and cultural activations, I’ve led award-winning initiatives that bring spaces to life, foster belonging, and spark meaningful change. My work has been featured on PBS, NPR, and Revolt TV, and I received national recognition for converting a 5,000-square-foot warehouse into a thriving creative incubator, a sanctuary for entrepreneurs and artists to grow, heal, and break barriers.

    Through my personal narrative, The Butterfly Effect, I aim to ignite a cultural shift - one that reimagines success, centers authenticity, and invites each of us to step fully into our power.
